Due to the nature of our products and in accordance with hygiene and health protection standards, we do not offer refunds or returns once items have been purchased.
This policy helps ensure that all customers receive products in brand-new, unworn, and hygienic condition.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

Any item returned in unsuitable condition will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for exchange postage costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as House of Your Crown cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during transit.
